Precision Drilling
The process is designed to removed excess, raw material from a work-piece whole holding close tolerance finishes, to create a finished product.
Countersinking
The process that created a V-shaped edge near the surface of a hole. It is often used to deburr a drilled or tapped hole or to allow the head of a countersunk-head screw to sit below a surface.
Milling
CNC Milling utilizes computerized controls and rotation g multi-point cutting tools to remove materials from the workpiece and create custom-designed parts.
Tapping
Tapping consists of cutting a thread inside a hole so a cap screw or bolt can be threaded into the hole.
Deburring
With the use of the machining centers, deburring occurs when sharp edges and burrs are removed from a part to create a more aesthetically please final product.
Standard and High-Speed Saw Cut-to-Length
Our high-speed CNC can achieve your tough cutting job at a fast speed, high accuracy, reduced manpower. The simple operation ensured our customers are receiving the highest quality products at the most economically available pricing.
Our CNC machining advantages – which reduce labor costs – allow us to improve machine cycle time and tolerances. Additional aluminum extrusions services include:
- Punching
- Welding
- Polishing
- Assembly
Our first-stage processing services can be done prior to reaching your factory to reduce cost and decrease production delays of your manufactured products.
HOW IT’S DONE
A CNC machining process is a metal processing method where written codes control the machines during the manufacturing process. This provides precision cutting, drilling, assembly, and more. All while moving at a quick speed to create the finalized product.
CNC stands for computer numerical control meaning the machine is fully automated, which lowers the risk of human error and possible injury. The process first begins in the designing phase, based on the details provided by our clients. Using the necessary software and measurements, the CNC Machine then able to receive a model in its system to build and process the cutting of the necessary raw materials.
YOUR PRODUCTS
The purpose of opting in for this service is dependent on your project specifications. Projects that used CNC machine has been known for their high-quality production of necessary parts and assembly.
Through the use of our advanced machine and your submitted requirements, we are able to use our CNC machining centers to meet your needs. Our team performs a full dimensional analysis of the cut product during and after the fabrication and embossing process to ensure accuracy in the final product.
Our finalized steel products are used in almost every industry that works with high-quality, high-strength metal materials in order to achieve their project goals. We have created various embossed products that have been used in a wide range of industries such as aerospace, electrical, defense, automotive production, and product design.
